  • This Scents Not for Me

    I know its hard to decide over the internet if you'll be in love with a candle scent based on a name, so in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund within fifteen (15) days of purchase date.

    All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with the original packaging.

  • How Do I Make A Return?

    With the order # details and
    place the item in its original packaging. You will receive a return mailing address promptly.

    Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Please consider using a trackable method to mail your return.

  • When will I get my Refund Issued?

    After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

  • My Package was Damaged on Arrival

    Theses things happen. Some packages just don't make it. For defective or damaged products, please contact via email on the contact page for a refund or exchange. We strongly suggest including your order# and a photo in your email.
