Custom Furniture Process
How It Works
Step by Step
Share Your Vision & Collaborate
Reach out with photos, sketches, inspo, or even a rough idea. We'll work together to confirm dimensions, materials, finishes, and any special touches you want included.
Review Your Quote
Once the design is finalized, we'll send a clear quote and timeline before we begin.
Booking You In
Once you've approved the quote, we'll schedule your project and confirm the timeline that works best for you. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and get started on sourcing materials. Missed project deposits will have their time slot & deposit forfeit.
Getting to Work
We source and purchase the finest materials for your piece, then get started on the craftsmanship. You'll stay in the loop with regular updates and communication throughout the entire process.
Delivery & Final Touches
When your furniture is complete, we'll coordinate delivery to your space. We'll go over care instructions, finalize any paperwork, and process your invoice to complete the project.

Reasons We Require A Non-Refundable Deposit
Secures Your Project Time Slot
Your deposit reserves a dedicated time slot in our ever changing schedule, ensuring we can commit our full attention to your specific project.
Covers Initial Planning and Material Investment
Once you make the financial commitment, I use the deposit to purchase specialized materials, finishes, and supplies specific to your project, as well as invest time in detailed planning and preparation.
Protects Against Cancellations
If a project is cancelled, we've already turned away other clients and invested time and resources. The deposit compensates for this commitment and lost opportunities. It protects daily operational work and prevents lost momentum.
The Value of Maintaining The Deposit
Project termination and non-refund of deposit may occur due to the following actions:
- Cancellation of your reserved time slot.
Repeated absences or significantly delayed communication. - Multiple no-shows or failure to fulfill scheduled pick-up, meeting, or delivery commitments.
Why Does This Matter?
Small businesses operate with limited time and stock. We balance family, work, and other commitments, and delays can affect the projects scheduled after yours. Respecting deposits is essential to respecting our time.
Comes Down to Mutual Respect & Commitment
Your deposit signifies dedication to the project, empowering us to invest our expertise, time, and craftsmanship securely, maintaining respect and accountability.
